60-Day Comfort Guarantee (Exchanges)

If your item isn’t the right fit or doesn’t feel comfortable, we offer a 60-day comfort guarantee in the form of a free size replacement.

To request a replacement, please contact our support team within 60 days of delivery.
We’ll help ensure you receive a better-fitting size or suitable solution.

No return is required for size replacements.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will resolve the issue by sending a replacement at no additional cost.
In these cases, a return is not required.


Returns & Refunds

We accept returns under the following conditions:

The return request must be submitted within 60 days of delivery
The item must be returned to our designated return address
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels
Items may be tried on for fit and comfort, but must not be heavily used, altered, or intentionally damaged

Once the return has been shipped and a valid tracking number or proof of shipment is provided to us at support@kliyra.com, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.


Optional Partial Refund (No Return Required)

In some cases, we may offer a partial refund as an alternative to returning the item.

Since return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, we may provide the option to keep the item and receive a partial refund instead. This can be a quicker and more convenient solution that avoids the need for return shipping.

If this option is available, it will be offered by our support team during the return process. Customers are free to choose between returning the item for a full refund or accepting a partial refund to keep the item.


Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Orders are processed daily (Monday–Saturday). Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.
At that point, you may request a return in accordance with our return policy.


Non-Received Items

If your tracking information shows that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.

We will investigate and assist with a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund depending on the outcome.


Non-Returnable Situations

We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds in the following cases:

Items that are heavily used, altered, or intentionally damaged
Requests made outside of the 60-day window


Return Processing Time & Refund Disclosure

Once the return has been shipped and a valid tracking number or proof of shipment is provided to us via email, we aim to process your refund within 1 business day.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method in accordance with our return policy.

Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If a return is not shipped or proof of shipment is not provided, a refund cannot be processed.
