Shipping Policy

Order Processing and Shipping Information
After you place your order with us, it is immediately sent to our shipping team for processing. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking number.

We partner with reliable shipping providers such as Yunexpress, USPS, DHL, FedEx, Aramex, and other local couriers to ensure timely delivery.

Our current processing time is 1–2 business days.
Delivery times for standard shipping are as follows:

USA: 2–8 days
UK: 7 days
Australia: 5–12 days
Germany: 2–7 days
France: 3–7 days

We ship from warehouses in the USA, Australia, and Hong Kong. If an item is out of stock in one location, it may be shipped from another, which could extend delivery times by 2–4 business days.

Tracking Your Order
To track your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your package is dispatched. Tracking information can take up to 48 hours to become available and can be used here.

If you don’t receive tracking details within 2 days after your shipping confirmation, please contact us at ShopKliyra@yahoo.com, including your name and order number for assistance.

Missing Items
If any items are missing from your parcel, reach out to us at ShopKliyra@yahoo.com. Your order may have been shipped in multiple packages. If there was an error in fulfilling your order, we will send the missing items via express shipping to resolve the issue promptly.
